DEPOSIT:

In certain circumstances such as lengthy bookings requested for busy days or bookings where staff/room allocations need to be shifted to accommodate, we will require a credit card deposit to secure the appointment. This card will not be charged unless in circumstances of a no-show or same-day cancellation, in which case our normal 100% booking value cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy:

We will remind you via SMS 2 or 3 days before your appointment to Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
